Knowledge of candidate interview and evaluation techniques. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel (drivers) * Submit operational employment references * Prepare personnel files and track hiring processes * Deliver drivers to logistics * Provide support regarding labor relations **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $10,000 * Hiring bonus * Food vouchers worth $1,150 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30 hrs * Life insurance Location: San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.
