Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Job Objective** Design all maintenance area work plans, ensuring that plans, scopes, tools, spare parts, and resources are available to guarantee spare parts availability for maintenance execution. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Conduct activities associated with the quality system under a compliance code to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Manage maintenance-related information to improve process efficiency while preserving and increasing equipment availability within your area. * Reduce maintenance costs to contribute greater profitability to the company. * Control updated documentation of Maintenance Standards and Procedures. Experience * Implementation of maintenance planning — 1 year * Analysis and monitoring of maintenance indicators — 1 year * Execution of maintenance strategies — 1 year * Root cause analysis — 1 year. Knowledge * Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables) * National and international pharmaceutical regulations * Maintenance management systems (indicators, planning, process control, financial controls) * Improvement tools / root cause analysis.
