LOGON BRANDS MEXICO is seeking: MONITORING COORDINATOR (CCTV) Position Objective: Coordinate and supervise monitoring area activities via the video surveillance (CCTV) system, ensuring facility security, adherence to internal protocols, and timely incident response—thereby contributing to risk and loss prevention within the company. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor surveillance cameras across various branches and facilities in real time. * Coordinate and follow up with the monitoring team. * Detect, record, and report unusual activities or risky situations. * Prepare daily reports and incident logs. * Follow up on security and loss prevention protocols. * Review and back up recordings when required. * Coordinate emergency response with security personnel or relevant authorities. * Verify proper operation of the CCTV system and monitoring equipment. * Follow up on internal investigations related to incidents detected on camera. * Maintain constant communication with management and operational departments. Requirements: Education: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferred). Experience: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, asset security, or loss prevention. * Experience managing staff or coordinating teams (preferred). Knowledge: * Proficiency in CCTV systems. * Knowledge of security and loss prevention protocols. * Ability to prepare reports and incident logs. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. Skills: * Leadership. * High sense of responsibility. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability and quick response capability. * Effective communication. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. * Ethics and discretion.
