Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Operator to perform operational machining and turning activities, ensuring part production and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of CNC machining and turning centers 2. Interpretation of engineering drawings and use of measuring instruments 3. Support in equipment repairs and knowledge of GyM codes **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CNC OPERATOR** **We are a 100% Mexican company that integrates German equipment and technology, Japanese precision, a first-world supply chain, and specialized human capital; dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices and orthopedic and trauma implants in accordance with Quality Management Systems.** * Perform operational tasks to ensure production of machined parts through operation of CNC machining and turning centers as well as conventional equipment, following shift leaders’ instructions and complying with the company’s quality, productivity, and RIT procedures. * Age 18 or older / High school diploma; technical education preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Operation of CNC equipment. * Support in equipment repairs. * Use of measuring instruments. * Interpretation of engineering drawings. **Required Knowledge:** * GyM codes. * Measuring instruments. * Engineering drawing interpretation. * Cutting tools, hand tools, knowledge of QMS. **We Offer:** * $18,000.00 * $800 food vouchers. * 10% punctuality bonus. * 10% attendance bonus. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. \*ROTATE AMONG ALL 3 SHIFTS\* 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
