Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Establish Grupo PiSA’s Training Guidelines, ensuring optimal and effective implementation of on-the-job training programs to support employee onboarding and productivity, as well as compliance with applicable regulations across all regions and business units. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Establish corporate training policies and guidelines. * Supervise the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. * Promote internal capability development and continuous improvement of training processes. * Perform personnel management activities. Experience 2 years * In corporate training, leading onboarding, on-the-job training, and Annual Training Plan processes. * In designing and evaluating training programs. * In regulated industries with global scope. * Management of multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge * Technical and operational training methodologies. * Design and evaluation of training programs. * National and international training standards and regulations. * Training management and impact evaluation methodologies.
