We are seeking a candidate with: * RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION * Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or related field Knowledge of Tariff Law CAASA System or other data-entry systems Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and solid understanding of current legislation and international treaties. Job Objective Ensure legal and tax compliance for international trade operations. Determine the correct tariff classification and apply applicable non-tariff regulations and restrictions. Minimize unnecessary risks and costs in customs operations. **Key Responsibilities:** **Tariff Classification:** Assign the correct tariff code to products by evaluating their characteristics, composition, and intended use. **Goods Analysis:** Interpret technical data sheets, catalogs, and specifications to determine the appropriate tariff classification. **Regulatory Compliance:** Verify and apply free trade agreements, certificates of origin, Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), and other relevant regulations. **Advisory Services:** Provide support and assistance to clients regarding questions related to import and export of goods.
