We offer: \- Weekly salary \- Food vouchers \- Savings fund and savings account \- Subsidized cafeteria \- 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) \- Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits Functions and Responsibilities Logistics * Coordinate national and international transportation. * Track shipments and deliveries. * Monitor transit times and appointment adherence. * Coordinate with warehouse for goods receipt. * Manage in-transit incidents (delays, shortages, damages). * Optimize transportation routes and costs. Importation * Track customs clearance processes. * Review and validate documentation: * Commercial invoice * Packing list * Bill of Lading (BL) / Air Waybill (AWB) / Carta Porte * Customs entry form (Pedimento) * Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders. * Verify tariff classification and regulatory compliance. * Ensure compliance with regulations (NOMs, permits, etc.). * Control import-related expenses and reconcile invoices. Control and Reporting * Prepare cost, timeline, and operational status reports. * Performance indicators (On-Time In-Full [OTIF], lead time, cost per shipment). * Maintain import file records. * Support internal or external audits. Job Requirements Education * Bachelor’s degree in: * International Trade * Logistics * International Business * Administration or related field Experience * 1–3 years in: * Logistics * Imports * Traffic or foreign trade Technical Knowledge * Import processes in Mexico * Incoterms * Customs documentation * Tariff classification (basic/intermediate) * Logistics costing * ERP or TMS usage (preferred) * Intermediate/advanced Excel Skills and Competencies * Process organization and control * Information analysis * Communication with suppliers and authorities * Basic negotiation with carriers and agents * Working under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Attention to detail Work Conditions \* Performance Indicators (KPIs) * On-time delivery compliance * Documentation accuracy * Logistics costs vs. budget * Number of incidents per shipment * Internal customer service level Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 \- $19,200.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
