Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and execute customs clearance operations, ensuring proper tracking of transactions and maintaining communication with clients and suppliers. Key Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in import and export customs clearance. 2. Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field is mandatory. 3. We seek committed professionals, results-oriented and interested in developing within a dynamic environment. **Job Objective** Ensure timely and accurate coordination and execution of customs clearance, guaranteeing proper tracking of each transaction and maintaining continuous communication with clients and suppliers. **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute import and export customs clearance. * Review and validate customs declarations (pedimentos), tariff classifications, and required documentation. * Track shipment status and ensure timely release. * Maintain continuous communication with clients, customs agents, and logistics providers. * Prepare reports, manage customs-related payments, and close files. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field (mandatory). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in customs clearance (imports and exports). **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Customs Law * Customs declarations (pedimentos) * Tariff classification * International trade documentation * Procedures before SAT (Tax Administration Service) * Tracking of maritime and/or air shipments **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** * Intelisis * Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Outlook * Intermediate English (minimum B2) Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Logistics: 2 years (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
