




Job Summary: This role involves maintaining configurations, reviewing files, managing equipment, creating support tickets, and training customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the designed configuration and review customer files 2. Perform physical maintenance and deliver equipment to customers 3. Train customers on the support request process **Responsibilities**: * Maintain the configuration designed for the customer * Verify that no files exist outside the customer's configuration * Assemble equipment and pick up goods * Create tickets when providing on-site or remote support * Perform physical maintenance every 3 months on loaned equipment * Deliver equipment * Install IRC for agreement-based customers and label the identifier * Train customers on how to request support **Requirements**: * Customer service experience * Completed technical high school education * Advanced knowledge of Windows * Knowledge of software and hardware * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license preferred **Conditions**: * Salary: $12,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM \- 6:00 PM; Saturday half-day remote work * Work location: Chapalita Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting from $14,000\.00 per month License/Certification: * Driver's license (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
