




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with office experience to manage tasks related to communications, filing, invoicing, and inventory control using office software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key administrative role handling communications and filing. 2. Administrative support in order processing and customer service. 3. Proficiency in office software, including CONPAQ. **Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries. * Receive, file, scan, and organize physical or digital documents. * Create and maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic). * Invoicing. * Request material quotations from suppliers. * Monitor inventory of administrative supplies (stationery). * Provide administrative support for printing orders and customer service. **Office Software Proficiency** * CONPAQ, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc. **Education** * High school diploma. **Work Schedule** * 8:00 am \- 6:00 pm * Monday \- Friday **Age Requirement** 25 \- 45 years old Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
