The PM will serve as the **interconnection point** among all departments, ensuring quality, timelines, and proper workload distribution. Currently, we operate with **two active teams** and a **third team in the confirmation process**. The PM will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and tracking progress across each work front. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and track architecture and construction teams. * Distribute workloads, assign pending tasks, and supervise progress. * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. * Standardize internal processes and workflows. * Maintain constant communication with management and operational teams. * Review documentation, progress updates, reports, and project-specific needs. * Support planning, scheduling, and activity prioritization. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a **Project Manager**, Project Coordinator, or similar roles in architecture, construction, or interior design. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong organizational, leadership, follow-up, and results-oriented capabilities. * Availability to work on-site (Andares). * Open profile: We value experience, structure, and standardization ability. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: **$22,000–$24,000** per month. * **Statutory benefits**. * Professional and collaborative environment. * Saturday **home office** as an additional benefit. * Opportunity to lead and structure growing teams.
