The Quality Technician is the shift supervisor assigned to a production line, responsible for ensuring adherence to the production plan, managing inspection resources, and verifying that appropriate documentation is available. The position reports directly to the Quality Engineer and supports activities assigned by the Engineer, such as developing KPI and yield reports, release audits, etc. Requirements: * High school diploma or technical degree * Two years of experience in the electronics industry in similar positions Responsibilities: Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (certificate proof required) * Kaizen implementation experience * Knowledge and understanding of the company’s quality policy, with ability to communicate it effectively * Basic proficiency in the 8D methodology * Conducting process audits, 5S audits, and ESD audits * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards * Basic knowledge of SPC.
