Financial services company is seeking a **Sales Financial Advisor** to join its sales team. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education level: High school diploma. * Age: 28 to 50 years (preferred). * 2 years of experience in intangible product sales (financial products, funeral services, etc.) * Experience prospecting at booths within companies and government agencies. * Professional appearance. * Strong communication skills. **POSITION COMPETENCIES:** * Excellent customer service attitude. * Organized. * Proactive. * Problem-solving skills. * Effective follow-up with prospects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Visit companies and institutions with existing agreements. * Promote and place personal loans deducted directly from payroll for employees and workers. * Manage relationships with partner companies. * Work 80% in the field and 20% in the office. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $8,400 monthly net. * \+ Uncapped sales commissions (average monthly commission income: $8,000\) * \+ Monthly transportation or fuel allowance of $1,600. * **Average integrated monthly income of $18,000\.00** * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Enhanced benefits after the first year (Major Medical Expenses coverage).
