Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising quality in industrial dining halls or food service operations. * Knowledge of hygiene regulations, GMPs, Distintivo H, hygienic food handling, and process control. * Experience managing logs, quality controls, and staff training. * Service-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team. * Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and verify food processes including receipt, storage, preparation, and service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Monitor records, logs, and quality documentation. * Train and raise awareness among operational staff on food safety topics. * Conduct internal audits and incident reporting.
