We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment and are seeking your talent as: **TALENT MANAGEMENT AND ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE IN GUADALAJARA** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Organizational Psychology (in progress or completed), Business Administration or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection of personnel effectively and efficiently. * Coordinate hiring processes and follow up with candidates. * Maintain smooth communication with various departments to meet staffing needs. * Request documents and compile personnel files. * Timely follow-up with client. **Your activities with us will include:** * Recruitment and selection of top candidates aligned with each project’s requirements. * Candidate reporting for submission to client. * Effective communication with clients at all times. * Management of diverse recruitment sources (job boards). * Coordination of personnel-related procedures and documentation. * Handling personnel inquiries and incident management. * Availability to perform field tasks such as signing initial contracts, delivering materials, and conducting renewals. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure. * Customer service orientation. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work arrangement (50% remote work – 50% on-site). * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **We offer:** * Salary: $9,000\.00 gross. * Mobile phone and computer equipment. * Grocery vouchers: $500\.00. * Petty cash fund. * Life insurance. * Full statutory benefits (100% IMSS).
