File management and collection portfolio administration **Job Description:** A leading FINANCIAL industry company is recruiting personnel for the position of **EXECUTIVE ADVISOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * One year of experience in customer service, promotion and placement of financial services and/or products, administrative controls, or sales. * Teamwork skills. * Valid documentation. **Job Responsibilities** Provide service and information to Members, Minor Savers, and the general public regarding the Cooperative’s products, services, and promotions. **Functions:** * Advise and provide information to Members, Minor Savers, and the general public in accordance with established service protocols. * Promote credit and savings products, as well as additional services and benefits offered by the Society to members and the general public. * Prepare and document account opening files for adults and minors, compiling documentation per the Savings Manual. * Propose alternatives to members to encourage continued membership in the Society. * Disseminate and monitor branch-activated promotions. * Advise members on credit application requirements and account management. * Process credit applications according to current policies and member needs, providing appropriate follow-up until disbursement. * Submit monthly signed Credit Bureau inquiry authorization letters, attaching copies of identification documents for all inquiries performed. * Submit credit files for review, analysis, and approval. * Process partial withdrawals or account closures. * Manage assigned collection portfolio per the Credit Portfolio Recovery Manual. * Document and keep the immediate supervisor informed of progress on assigned programs and activities aimed at achieving objectives. * Serve as a Loan Officer in accordance with delegated authority. * Support various activities contributing to the achievement of branch objectives. **We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** * 50% vacation bonus. * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * 10% food vouchers. * Life insurance. * Continuous training. * Weekly payroll.
