Collaborative work environment **Job Profile: Driver for Construction Company** **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and committed driver to support the transportation of personnel, materials, and general on-site logistics. The driver will be responsible for ensuring proper vehicle usage, adhering to assigned routes, and supporting operational activities as required. **Responsibilities:** **Transportation** * Transport technical staff, engineers, supervisors, and workers to construction sites or company facilities. * Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment according to project requirements. * Perform deliveries and pickups of documents, spare parts, and supplies. **Logistical Support** * Assist with loading and unloading of materials or tools when necessary. * Coordinate routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption. * Deliver tickets, invoices, and delivery notes to the administrative department or construction site. **Vehicle Management** * Conduct periodic mechanical inspections (oil, brakes, tires, lights, fuel, etc.). * Maintain the vehicle clean and in optimal condition. * Promptly report malfunctions or maintenance needs. **Safety** * Comply with traffic regulations and road safety standards. * Drive responsibly and preventively. * Verify that cargo is properly secured. * Refrain from modifying the vehicle without authorization. * Do not use the vehicle for personal purposes or outside assigned routes and schedules. **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license (Class A or equivalent). * Minimum 2 years of driving experience (preferably in construction). * Familiarity with the city and local routes. * Flexible availability. * Good health and physical condition. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and honesty * Punctuality * Organization * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
