We are looking for: ***FIELD COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST SME*** LOCATION: GUADALAJARA Requirements: * ***Previous experience in SME collections, preferably in the financial sector*** * Own vehicle or motorcycle. * Valid driver's license. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (occasionally) Responsibilities: * In-person collections management for Consumer and Business loans * Follow-up on assigned clients' collections * Propose regularization alternatives * Negotiations We offer: * Monthly base salary + bonus based on credit recovery * Fuel allowance * Partial maintenance support for vehicle starting from the 3rd month * Benefits exceeding legal requirements Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,400.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
