Job Summary: We are seeking a collection agent with experience in recovering overdue accounts, customer service, and 100% field-based work, including home visits and follow-ups. Key Points: 1. Essential experience in collecting overdue accounts 2. 100% field-based work with home visits to achieve results 3. The company provides vehicle, maintenance, and fuel \* Services and customer service \* Problem resolution \* Collection of overdue accounts (essential experience) \* Negotiation of payment agreements \* Follow-up on assigned client accounts \* Locating clients \* Telephone collections \* Strong verbal communication skills \* 100% field-based work, including home visits with clients, co-signers, and/or references until results are achieved \* Income earned on any type of recovery \* Proficiency in operating motorcycles and/or standard vehicles (mandatory) \* Valid driver's license \* Route outside the Guadalajara metropolitan area (Valleys region) \* Gender: Unrestricted \* The company provides motorcycle and/or vehicle, maintenance, and fuel \* Social security \* Vacation bonus \* Year-end bonus Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $55,000.00 \- $59,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
