Interviews: Chedraui Vallarta **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the store's daily operations during the assigned shift * Ensure proper execution of operational, administrative, and commercial processes * Lead, motivate, and follow up with the work team * Guarantee branch opening and closing in accordance with protocols * Manage inventory, merchandise receiving, and supplier coordination * Monitor performance indicators, sales, and shrinkage control * Maintain standards of organization, cleanliness, signage, and customer service * Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety regulations * Prepare operational reports and follow up on incidents **Required Profile:** * Completed high school education, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor's degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (retail/self-service) * Knowledge of administration, store operations, and personnel management * Leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented mindset and customer focus Salary: Starting at $13,300.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings account * Employee discount * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
