This position is ideal for individuals with theoretical foundations who wish to learn industrial-standard execution processes on-site. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Technical diploma holder or currently enrolled/pursuing engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field). * **Experience:** Not required—we provide training on company processes. * **Skills:** Basic knowledge of tools, ability to read diagrams, and strong willingness to work on-site. * **Personality:** Responsible, punctual, and possessing a learning attitude. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Support for industrial electrical installations and maintenance. * Assistance in pipe (conduit) assembly, wiring, and panel installation. * Tool and material control and organization at the worksite. **Terms and Benefits:** * **Salary:** $3,000\.00 net per week (tax-free). * **Payment:** Timely weekly payment. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Overtime:** Additional hours beyond standard schedule are compensated as overtime. * **Location:** Base workshop in Col.
