The ideal candidate must be **proactive, organized, and results-oriented**, with the ability to resolve unexpected issues on the road and provide continuous support to operators. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and update vehicle status throughout the day. * Control and track operator attendance; report absences. * Record and analyze disciplinary incidents. * Follow up on inactive units and prioritize workshop release. * Deliver and verify travel documents before service begins. * Coordinate with account executives for loading and unloading. * Record route stops, layovers, and expenses in the system. * Request expenses correctly according to estimates and internal policies. * Timely collection of evidence as required by clients. * Assist in settlement processes to prevent delays. * Provide guidance to operators before, during, and after trips. **Requirements** * Education: Completed engineering degree. Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in **traffic coordination, logistics, or transportation**. * Desired knowledge of **TMS (Transportation Management Systems)** and operations control. Knowledge of external routes, ERPs, and Office suite. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Schedule and Contract** * Schedule: Night shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to Saturday. * Contract type: Indefinite (with initial probation period). **Benefits** * Weekly pay. * 100% IMSS coverage. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Vacation premium. * Profit sharing (Utilidades).
