We drive innovation and seek creative talent to strengthen our digital presence and strategically connect with our audience.\n\n**Position objective**\n\nCreate, develop, and execute creative and strategic content to reinforce brand positioning, increase engagement across digital channels, and support internal and external corporate communication through high-impact visual and audiovisual materials.\n\n**Key responsibilities**\n\n* Create content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms).\n* Plan and execute content calendars.\n* Generate creative ideas aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.\n* Record, edit, and produce audiovisual content (videos, photography, reels, stories, interviews, informational capsules, etc.).\n* Design graphic materials for digital campaigns and internal communications.\n* Manage publications and monitor digital trends.\n* Coordinate coverage of internal events, training sessions, corporate activities, and projects.\n* Write creative copy and advertising content.\n* Monitor performance metrics and propose continuous improvements to content strategies.\n* Collaborate with various departments to develop communication campaigns and employer branding initiatives.\n\n**Required profile**\nEducation:\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related field.\n\nExperience:\n\n* Minimum **1–3 years** creating content, managing social media, and editing video and photography.\n\nTechnical knowledge:\n\n* Proficiency with editing tools such as **CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar**.\n* Knowledge of digital trends and social media algorithms.\n* Creative writing and storytelling.\n* Photography and on-site content recording.\n* Digital advertising knowledge (desirable).\n\nSkills:\n\n* Creativity and innovation.\n* Excellent communication skills.\n* Organization and planning.\n* Proactivity.\n* Attention to detail.\n* Ability to work under defined goals and deadlines.\n\n**We offer**\n\n* **Gross monthly salary of $15,000 to $17,000** (based on experience).\n* **Subsidized meal vouchers**.\n* **Transportation allowance**.\n* **Life insurance**.\n* Statutory benefits.\n* Excellent working environment.\n* Opportunities for professional growth and development.\n\n**Work schedule**\n\n**Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**\n\nSalary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month\n\nBenefits:\n\n* Life insurance\n* Cafeteria service\n* Grocery vouchers\n\nApplication question(s):\n\n* Which social media platforms have you managed or for which have you created content?\n* Do you use editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, or similar?\n* Have you covered events, recorded on-site content, or performed photography/video work?\n\nEducation:\n\n* Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory)\n\nWork location: On-site employment
