Perform additional sales and meet monthly targets **JOIN US AS A SERVICE ADVISOR** At **Flosol**, we are looking for talent passionate about sales and customer service to join our team at **MG COUNTRY** as a **SERVICE ADVISOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive vehicles and serve customers based on quality standards * Identify service needs and explain required work * Prepare service orders and follow up * Coordinate with the technical department regarding work to be performed * Deliver vehicles on time and in proper condition * Perform additional sales and meet monthly targets * Conduct post\-service follow\-up to ensure customer satisfaction **Main Requirements:** * VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE (EXPERIENCE DRIVING BOTH MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC VEHICLES) * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Results\-oriented and focused on additional sales * Education: Completed high school diploma * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience as a service advisor (PREFERRED) * Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of service processes * Experience using automotive CRM or DMS (preferred) **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Uncapped commissions at 100% of your performance. * Growth opportunities within the automotive industry. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a 2\-hour lunch break. * Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. **SALARY: 14,000 MXN FOR THE FIRST TWO MONTHS** If you are passionate about automobiles and want to grow within a leading company, we’re waiting for you! **Apply by sending your CV.** INCLUSION POLICY **INCLUSION AT GRUPO FLOSOL IS A CORE VALUE, ENSURING EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL.** We do not discriminate against any applicant wishing to join our company.
