Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems and Web Development Assistant to provide technical support, manage and optimize WordPress websites, and collaborate on digital security. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of digital security measures. **Systems and Web Development Assistant** **Job Objective** Provide technical support to users and internal technology infrastructure, as well as collaborate in the creation, administration, updating, and optimization of WordPress-based websites, ensuring their proper functionality, security, and performance. **Requirements** · Completed bachelor's degree · Intermediate WordPress proficiency (content management, plugins, themes, and users) · Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript · Fundamental understanding of relational databases · Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and website protection · Basic Cloudflare usage and configuration · Experience documenting processes and technical manuals · Basic domain and web hosting service administration · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents **Main Responsibilities** **Web Administration and Development** * Creation, administration, and updating of platforms and websites. * Management of users, content, plugins, and themes in WordPress. * Basic performance and user experience optimization for websites. * Monitoring of digital platform functionality and availability. **Technical Support** * Handling and resolution of technical incidents for internal and external users. * Support via messaging, remote access, and ticket/request tracking. * Assistance with basic configuration of devices, software, and digital tools. **Digital Security** * Implementation of basic website security measures. * Application of updates, patches, and preventive backups. * Monitoring and prevention of digital vulnerabilities. **Documentation and Continuous Improvement** * Development and updating of technical documentation and processes. * Support in proposing improvements for automation and optimization of technological processes. **Desirable (Plus)** Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or similar Basic Python knowledge Experience in hardware (PC/Laptops), software, and network technical support WooCommerce knowledge cPanel proficiency DNS administration Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and technical SEO **We Offer** Salary: $14,000 to $16,000 net monthly, based on experience Statutory benefits Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Jardines del Bosque Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
