Incident logging and recovery control. **Recovery Assistant (Quality Department) – GRUPO CALE** **Location:** Antigua Carretera a Chapala 6730, Juan de La Barrera, 45618 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal. **Company:** Food industry (confectionery) **Job Description:** We are seeking a Recovery Assistant for the Quality department, responsible for inspecting, classifying, and recovering non-conforming products, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Inspection of defective products (packaging, shape, quality). * Classification of recoverable products and waste. * Assistance in reprocessing and repackaging. * Incident logging and recovery control. * Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (GMP). * Support to the Quality Audit department. **Requirements:** * Basic education (junior high school or high school diploma). * Experience in production or quality (preferred). * Availability for operational work. * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. **Working Hours:** * **Shift 1:** 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * **Shift 2:** 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM * **Days:** Monday to Saturday **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $350 per day * Statutory benefits * Job stability Salary: $349.00 - $350.00 per day Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
