




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer with 3 years of experience in electrical construction (medium and low voltage) to lead projects with strong management and communication skills. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in electrical construction (medium and low voltage) 2. Leadership and field personnel management skills 3. Advanced knowledge of electrical calculations and diagrams Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer (exclusively) with proven 3-year experience in electrical activities related to electrical construction projects, either in medium or low voltage. Knowledge of electrical calculations for single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase feeders. Preparation and interpretation of Single-Line Diagrams (AutoCAD 2D) and Load Schedules. Preparation of isometric drawings for commercial and industrial electrical lines (Manual and AutoCAD). Development of Construction Schedules. Preparation of Construction Generators. Knowledge of multimeters and basic electrical construction tools. Knowledge of commercial electrical installations for panel assembly, outlet power supply, and lighting. Industrial installations for panel assembly, motor power supply, equipment, and transformers. Knowledge of typical support installation methods for pipes, cable trays, ducts, and armored cables. Knowledge of Motor Control Center (MCC) connections and full-voltage starter panels. Knowledge of grounding systems and lightning protection systems. Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage transformer connections. Knowledge of medium-voltage overhead and underground lines. Knowledge of explosion-proof electrical installations. Knowledge of control diagrams and electrical wiring diagrams for machine and equipment components. Preparation of construction execution reports such as logs, progress reports, etc. Preparation of the as-built project folder together with design and cost estimation personnel. Willingness to work outside the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. Availability to work on Saturdays or Sundays when required by the project. PREFERRED THAT CANDIDATES RESIDE IN GUADALAJARA. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Statutory benefits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project. Teamwork and leadership.
