Job Functions or Activities 1. Timely handling of assigned Service Reports 2. Inform about services entering Shipping Control 3. Make timely calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipping Control 4. Generate reports for shipments requiring them 5. Daily physical reconciliation of delivery and return manifests for local routes Requirements Education: High school or technical career in Administration or related field Customer Service: 6 months experience Problem-solving skills, personnel management Office Software: Basic level.
