**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business, or related fields (in progress or completed).
* 2–3 years of experience in advertising agencies, advertiser prospecting, or sponsorship acquisition.
* Experience in social media sales, content publishing management, and preferably familiarity with sports programming.
* Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and influencer collaborations.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and PDF.
* Passion for sales and results-oriented mindset.
* Existing client portfolio or contacts within brands/agencies (preferred).
**Responsibilities:**
* Prospect and generate leads for new clients and brands interested in collaborations.
* Identify sponsors and strategic partnership opportunities.
* Develop quotations, commercial proposals, and compelling presentations.
* Negotiate agreements and coordinate campaign or collaboration deliverables.
* Visit clients and strengthen long-term relationships.
* Maintain updated databases, reports, and opportunity tracking.
* Identify trends and new growth areas for advertising and influencer projects.
