




We are looking for a responsible, honest, and professional individual with experience in the kitchen area of a restaurant. The position is for a cook; responsibilities include preparing dishes according to recipes and company standards. Attention to hygiene and quality is required. Perform mise en place tasks including washing dishes, cutting, portioning ingredients, and keeping workstations clean and ready for service. Ability to collaborate with Cook A, ensure food quality, manage details during service, and communicate effectively with other team members. Monitor stock levels in your station, keep inventory reports up to date, and report any needs or anomalies of any kind. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and ability to follow instructions. Experience handling kitchen equipment, utensils, and containers. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage time efficiently.
