Facility Manager

Description

We are seeking a **Facility Manager** for facility maintenance and cleaning. We seek a responsible Facility Manager to ensure our institution's facilities remain in optimal condition regarding cleanliness, order, and hygiene, thereby contributing to a pleasant, safe, and suitable environment for the university community. The selected individual will be responsible for performing cleaning and basic maintenance tasks in classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Additionally, they will manage the use, safeguarding, and control of cleaning supplies and materials, ensuring their proper usage and promptly reporting replenishment needs. They will also participate in support activities for general space organization and maintenance, contributing to the smooth operation of facilities and preservation of a clean and organized environment. We seek a responsible, organized, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude, committed to caring for and maintaining the institutional spaces' appearance. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in cleaning or facility management roles. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and materials. * Ability to perform physical labor. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas. * Cleaning and disinfection of restrooms. * Proper collection and disposal of waste. * Correct use and safeguarding of cleaning tools and supplies. * Replenishment of basic hygiene materials in assigned areas. * Support in general space organization and maintenance. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Opportunities for professional development.
