Requirements * Required education level: Junior high school / technical junior high school * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as a Picker (Warehouse Worker) * Knowledge and tools: + Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, or distribution + Proficiency in operating hydraulic and electric pallet jacks is mandatory + Numerical aptitude required * Language(s): + None * Skills and competencies: + Teamwork + Stress tolerance + Problem analysis and resolution + Results orientation * Candidate availability: + Travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 07:00 \- 15:00 Schedule clarification: Three rotating shifts; one weekday off; exact schedule to be determined during interview Functions and Activities * Inspect radio-frequency equipment * Learn and apply merchandise replenishment techniques according to company standards. * Verify accuracy of selected items (type, quantity, and quality). * Ensure products on pallets show no damage. * Operate tools such as barcode scanners and inventory management systems. * Ensure proper stacking at designated locations. * Guarantee correct arrangement and packaging of selected products. * Rebuild pallets failing to meet quality standards. * Pick, scan, and verify products per assigned orders. * Sort merchandise by folio number. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations within the CEDIS. * Unload units wrapped on receiving docks. * Assist with general warehouse tasks as required. * Move assembled pallets using hydraulic and electric pallet jacks.
