




Position Summary: We are seeking a Workshop Manager to optimize the operational efficiency of the mechanical workshop by managing personnel and resources to ensure quality and on-time delivery. We are looking for: **Vacancy: Workshop Manager** **Primary Position Objective:** Optimize the mechanical workshop’s operational efficiency through efficient management of human capital and technical resources, ensuring each unit is delivered according to the Agency’s highest quality standards, meeting delivery timelines and established profitability indicators (KPIs). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Management:** Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanics and car wash staff, ensuring consistent workflow. * **Administrative Control:** Manage service files, control workshop consumables inventory, and generate productivity reports. * **KPI Compliance:** Monitor and achieve targets for efficiency, repair quality, and customer satisfaction (CSI) levels. * **Technical Supervision:** Verify proper execution of basic mechanical work and preventive/corrective services on vehicles. * **Process Optimization:** Implement service chain improvements to reduce waiting times and rework. **Profile Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of basic automotive mechanics. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for reporting and administrative control. * Results-oriented leadership and team management skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to industrial safety. **Economic Offer and Schedule:** * **Total Monthly Income:** $18,180.86 (comprising gross salary of $10,956.00 + monthly performance bonus of $7,224.86). * **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. * Statutory Benefits Apply to this vacancy to learn more about the hiring process and about us.
