Security personnel development and training **OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Supervisor or Coordinator in intramural security. * Experience coordinating work teams * Experience interacting with customers **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership, * Teamwork. * Resilience in emergencies * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Verbal and written communication skills **Responsibilities:** * Ensure an ethical environment to foster a positive workplace climate. * Report relevant incidents to Management and DGPO. * Verify that guards comply with daily work instructions. * Conduct periodic audits of existing security controls and the image of personnel under supervision. * Train security personnel to ensure qualification for job performance. * Attend customer meetings for operational follow-up and correct reported incidents via action plans. * Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. * Coordinate personnel response to emergencies and alarms. * Review incident and violation reports. * Investigate and resolve issues. * Prepare management reports on security status. * Analyze data indicating security risks and propose improvements. * Maintain an attendance record including daily entries for all personnel under supervision, and report any unusual occurrences, disabilities, and medical certificates. * Report security-related incidents to the Regional Zone Manager and Operations Director, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required. * Maintain a physical inventory of company assets and property assigned by services.
