They play a crucial role in delivering safe and memorable experiences for passengers traveling on ADO-operated tourist routes. We require drivers with experience operating vehicles for passenger transport services, holding either a State or Federal driver’s license, for passenger transfers. Candidates must reside in the municipalities of Cárdenas, Comalcalco, Cunduacán, Huimanguillo, or Paraíso. Requirements * Required education level: Elementary school * Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as Airport Driver * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of routes and traffic regulations. + Knowledge of operating vehicles of 3\.5 tons or more. + Familiarity with automated fare collection systems and electronic ticket management. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Strategic planning + Analysis and problem solving + Communication + Customer orientation + Autonomy + Commitment * Candidate availability: + Travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 07:00 \- 19:00 Schedule clarification: Rotating shifts, mid-week rest, mealtime schedule Functions and Activities * Collaborate with logistics and administrative staff to coordinate trip details and ensure efficient service. * Maintain cleanliness and order inside the vehicle, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for passengers. * Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip, reporting any issues or anomalies to the relevant department. * Ensure passenger safety throughout the journey, complying with traffic regulations and safe driving practices. * Maintain accurate records of departure and arrival times, as well as any incidents occurring during the trip. * Deliver high-quality customer service by courteously and professionally addressing passenger questions and concerns.
