Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Resident with expertise in building construction and personnel management to plan and administer resources, ensure project progress, and maintain site safety. Monitoring of project progress and construction schedule Position Sought: Construction Resident Requirements: · General knowledge of construction (civil works, vertical construction, operations, personnel management, and concrete) · One year of experience in a similar position · Flexible working hours · Cost interpretation · Material quantity takeoff · Material control · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite · Proficiency in AutoCAD · Decision-making skills · Preparation of construction generators · Monitoring of project progress and construction schedule **Responsibilities** · Daily scheduling of work to be performed · Planning and administration of human resources · Planning and administration of material resources · Administration of machinery and equipment for construction execution · Coordination and communication with construction supervision · Daily reporting of construction progress · Notification of deviations from the construction schedule · Preparation of daily construction generator reports · Daily workforce report · Weekly personnel attendance report · Maintenance of order and cleanliness in work areas Report hazardous situations, accidents, and opportunities for improving personnel safety and overall construction site safety. \- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. \- Salary ranges from $5,500 to $6,500, depending on qualifications.
