Implements contingency plans Operations Supervisor Supervises and controls operational processes and cycles in accordance with company policies and standards to ensure all domestic and international shipments are properly routed, sorted, and dispatched. Responsibilities: 1\. Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and affixing routing labels to each shipment. 2\. Ensure availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. 3\. Supervise, control, and direct operational staff under supervision. 4\. Provide training and development for staff under supervision. 5\. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6\. Prepare and submit return metrics to the Shipment Control Department. 7\.
