Job Objective Lead your team in operational processes involving goods handling. Main Responsibilities Ensure the proper functioning of receiving, storage, and order-picking processes. * Analyze operational indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. * Monitor and follow up on operational and personnel incidents. * Verify that goods loading is performed correctly during order picking. * Guarantee proper handling of goods during transportation and stacking. * Ensure the use and proper functioning of work tools. * Verify correct use of PPE in the work area. Candidate Profile Experience in Logistics Operations and personnel management * Goal- and target-oriented. * Works well under pressure, achievement-focused, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
