





**Main Responsibilities** * Design, update and control SGI documentation. * Coordinate the identification and evaluation of risks, environmental aspects and impacts, occupational hazards and operational controls. * Supervise compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Plan and coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities. * Develop and monitor SGI performance indicators. * Develop and deliver training programs on quality, environment, and OHS topics. * Coordinate with process leaders to ensure achievement of SGI objectives and targets. * Report system performance to senior management and propose improvements. * Promote a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability within the organization. * Address customer, auditor, and authority requirements related to the SGI. * Lead the planning and updating of context analysis and stakeholder identification. * **Education** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or related fields. **Experience** * 3 to 5 years of experience in SGI implementation or maintenance. * Experience in internal audits. * Knowledge of applicable national regulations (safety, environment, quality). **Technical Skills** * ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API 1 standards * Risk analysis methodologies * Continuous improvement tools * Interpretation of legal requirements * Document and indicator management **Competencies** * Leadership and change management * Analytical skills and problem solving * Effective communication at all levels * Teamwork and cross-departmental coordination * Organization and planning * Strategic thinking * Postgraduate specialization or diploma in Management Systems desirable.
