Position Summary: Supervise and direct operational staff to ensure proper sorting, routing, and labeling of shipments, and develop team training. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of operational staff. 2. Development and training of the team under supervision. 3. Management of shipping operations and implementation of contingency plans. Main Responsibilities 1\. Supervise staff to weigh, sort, route, and apply routing labels to each shipment. 2\. Supervise that necessary equipment and tools are available for daily operations. 3\. Supervise, control, and direct operational staff under supervision. 4\. Develop training and professional development for staff under supervision. 5\. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6\. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipping Control department. 7\. Implement contingency plans.
