




**Job Description** ------------------------- Coordinate and manage human and material resources within the assigned plant, applying established processes to meet quality and service operational standards. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate proper execution of the production plan to meet organizational and customer requirements. * Monitor, control, and ensure daily availability of production raw materials. * Manage and supervise unionized personnel within their business unit. * Responsible for correctly implementing safety protocols and procedures that reflect Cemex's policies and image within their business unit. * Supervise and ensure operational processes at the plant and delivery logistics with service center and customer to meet NPS standards. * Validate and request scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment in their business unit. * Perform material batching according to requirements for concrete production. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Promote actions focused on improving safety culture at plants. * Achieve correct implementation of ISO and SGI procedures applicable to their business unit. * Improve service indicators according to NPS objectives. * Support actions aimed at improving productivity indicators such as shift planning, vacations, staffing adjustments, equipment, and logistics. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Required Knowledge: * Knowledge of production systems. * Inventory management and control. * SAP (desirable) * Intermediate Office Suite skills Critical Competencies: * Customer focus * Results orientation * Decision making * Problem solving * Personnel management and negotiations * Conflict management **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * Plant Manager * Service Center * Quality Control Analyst * Safety Advisor * Junior ISO 9000 Advisor * Unionized Personnel * Operational Excellence Manager External: * Customers * Suppliers **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and operate.
