REQUIREMENTS: Economics and Administration degree, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Quality Management (certified) At least 3 years of experience in distribution centers (CEDIS) and 2 years in similar positions. Knowledge of occupational safety and health, NOM-051 and NOM-251. Knowledge of ISO quality control processes for distribution centers (preferably). Knowledge of the theory, implementation, and monitoring of the Kaizen 5S methodology. Knowledge of logistics processes related to merchandise movement (groceries), handling, control, and care. Knowledge and experience with systems or software for control, planning, and/or administration of distribution centers (SAP, WEP or similar). RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure inventory tracking in the returns warehouse, including clarifications and product shortages during operations. Ensure control of shortages and recovery of products received through reverse logistics due to quality failures, operational incidents, or product donations resulting from received returns.
