workstreams, both from the annual planning and those assigned over time. * Conduct tracers (internal audits) across different areas and processes, focusing on quality and patient safety models, prepare reports, and send them to departments for follow-up on finding closures. * Manage meetings of the Quality and Patient Safety Committee. * Conduct annually a Mock audit (audit simulating the General Health Council standards), prepare the report, and jointly follow up with departments to close findings. * Participate in supplier evaluations as required by the MAC Quality Model. * Support in the design and maintenance of the MAC Quality Model. * Validate training and competency materials and tools related to the MAC Quality Model. * Train staff on the MAC Quality Model. * Implement and monitor the MAC Quality Model. * Apply audit instruments for the implementation of the MAC Quality Model. * Ensure the application and standardization of tools and implementations that support processes, audits, and indicators of the quality management system. * Manage databases and indicators required for the Hospital Unit. * Perform analysis and presentation of quality management system of processes and their attachments, such as forms, databases, etc. * Collaboratively design, with area leaders, project implementation plans, risk management, and remediation of observations. * Manage in the Hospital Unit the requirements needed to register for various certification and accreditation processes. * Manage documents, information, and indicators before and during internal or external audits. * Coordinate with area leaders the certification and accreditation processes such as Distinctive H, Distinctive M, Punto Seguro, Hospital Seguro, and area audits defined by the Hospital Unit. * Receive and follow up on audits of Patient Safety Models, visits from COFEPRIS, Ministry of Health, etc. * Manage licenses and permits from COFEPRIS and Ministry of Health. * Support Quality and
