Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical and field-experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team at an oil well site, focused on operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Incident investigation and monitoring of safe working conditions. **What Are We Looking For?** We are looking for an **HSE Supervisor** with strong analytical skills and field experience to join our oil well team. If you are results-oriented and committed to operational safety, we want to meet you! **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed engineering degree (with official degree certificate and professional license). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in HSE-related roles. * **Technical Skills:** Valid driver's license and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * **Schedule:** 8-hour shifts (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM) **Key Responsibilities:** * **Document Management:** Securing work permits, conducting risk analyses, and preparing for audits. * **On-site Safety:** Direct field supervision and coordination of internal/external safety audits. * **Incident Analysis:** Root-cause investigation of unsafe acts and incidents, plus monitoring of safe working conditions. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all personnel and processes strictly adhere to current safety regulations. **Desirable Certifications (Valid courses with diploma and DC3\):** * Rig Pass (valid). * ISO 31000 standard (risk management). * Gas tester. * First Aid Level 2\. * Fire fighting / fire extinguisher handling. * Spill control and explosive atmosphere management.
