Lindavista, 86050 Villahermosa, Tab. **Job Description:** We are seeking a results-oriented Commercial Executive and Signing Specialist with strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities to present and position our leasing policy services, as well as provide support during contract signings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Presentation and sale of company services * Development and follow-up of commercial relationships * Identification of business opportunities * Participation in events, trainings, and business meetings * Attendance at real estate contract signings * Explanation of contracts and policy coverage * Preparation of commercial reports * Support to administrative and operational departments * Networking experience **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field (in progress or completed) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a standard vehicle (mandatory) * Excellent personal presentation and communication skills * Availability to travel within CDMX and the metropolitan area **We Offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 MXN per month * Attractive commission structure * Continuous training * Growth opportunities * Excellent working environment * Hybrid work model: 90% field work, 10% office * Commissions: * 1–5 policies: none * 5–10 policies: $100 MXN each * 10–20 policies: $200 MXN each * 20–30 policies: 5% * 30+ policies: 10% **Company vehicle** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, with weekend availability for attending signings, compensated at $100 MXN per signing on weekends Interested candidates should contact Lic.
