**Position:** Administrative and Operations Manager
**Location:** Centro, Villahermosa, Tabasco
**Position Objective:**
Coordinate and supervise the accounting, administrative, and operational management of a small pathology laboratory, ensuring internal process efficiency, network physician service, and proper leadership of assigned staff, reporting directly to the General Management.
**Working Hours:**
* **Monday to Friday:** 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour lunch break from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
* **Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Internal Financial Management:** Bank ledger control, updating administrative reports in Excel, and tracking accounts receivable/payable with physicians.
* **Auditing and Cash Closures:** Conducting weekly cash closures, reconciling studies against revenue, and preparing reports for accounting.
* **Human Capital Leadership:** Direct supervision of a 3-person operational team, including attendance tracking, scheduling, incident handling, and daily task assignment.
* **Supplier and Service Provider Management:** Coordinating and monitoring operational interactions with external contacts to ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines and commitments.
* **Operational Supervision:** Logistics coordination, control of study turnaround times, and administrative liaison with physicians and clinics.
* **Improvement Projects:** Participation in workflow optimization, analysis of operational costs, and standardization of laboratory processes.
**Requirements:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field (experience in clinics or the healthcare sector is preferred).
* Proven experience coordinating work teams, managing cash flows, and interacting with suppliers/service providers.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Strong character, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving orientation.
Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month
