Credit and financing negotiation We are seeking a **Finance Coordinator** to manage and control the institution’s financial resources. We seek a professional responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising financial operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and contributing to strategic decision-making that strengthens the institution’s economic stability. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and financial projections, as well as evaluating various economic scenarios to anticipate risks and opportunities. They must supervise that expenditures remain within budgeted limits, performing comparative analyses between planned and actual expenditures to ensure effective financial control. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, scheduling supplier payments, and properly managing institutional bank accounts. They must also interpret key financial indicators—such as profitability, liquidity, and debt level—to generate clear and timely information. As part of their duties, they will present financial reports to senior management to support decision-making, and participate in the management and negotiation of credits or financings that promote institutional development. We seek an analytical, organized, proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset, committed to transparency and achieving financial objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Accounting, Financial Administration, Economics, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Finance or a related specialization is desirable. * Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Knowledge of budgetary control, cash flow management, and resource administration. * Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools. * Analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Organizational ability, leadership, and teamwork capability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor budgets, as well as short-, medium-, and long-term financial projections. * Evaluate economic scenarios to support strategic decision-making. * Supervise and control expenditures to ensure compliance with the approved budget. * Analyze variances between budgeted and actual expenditures, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure sufficient liquidity is available for institutional operations. * Schedule and manage supplier payments and financial commitments in a timely manner. * Interpret and monitor key financial indicators, such as profitability, liquidity, and debt level. * Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for decision-making purposes. * Manage and negotiate favorable credit or financing arrangements for the institution. * Administer and supervise bank account management. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development opportunities. ***APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE REQUIRED PROFILE.*** **Interested candidates should send their CV to: reclutamientouo@olmeca.edu.mx** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
