Mandatory Experience in Construction Field **Job Objective:** Support the control, registration, issuance, and safeguarding of small equipment, hand tools, and daily-use materials at construction sites or workshops, ensuring availability, organization, basic maintenance, and compliance with warehouse procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Inventory Control * Record tool and small equipment receipts and issuances. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records in logbooks or systems. Conduct periodic counts and report discrepancies or shortages. * Equipment Issuance and Receipt * Issue tools to authorized personnel according to vouchers or requests. * Verify equipment condition upon return. * Record responsible person, date, and equipment usage. * Warehouse Safeguarding and Organization * Maintain orderly classification of equipment (electrical, manual, safety, etc.). * Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly signposted. * Prevent losses or deterioration through proper storage. * Basic Maintenance * Inspect physical condition of small equipment (cables, drill bits, extension cords, hammers, etc.). * Report damaged tools or items ready for disposal. * Assist with minor repairs or dispatch to maintenance. * Request and Documentation Control * Record vouchers, requisitions, or issuance forms. * Support the warehouse clerk or warehouse supervisor in restocking orders. * Maintain organized files or folders. * Safety and Compliance * Verify that issued tools are in safe working condition. * Comply with internal warehouse control policies. * Report unsafe acts or hazards in the area. * **MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD** Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administration, logistics, or related field 2 years of warehouse experience We Offer: Monday to Saturday Salary: $14,000 net + benefits Camp accommodation **Location: Chontalpa, Tabasco (Huimanguillo)** Salary: $14,000.00 – $14,001.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
