We seek a Field Crew Supervisor Engineer with telecommunications experience to support diverse projects and clients. **Our Value Proposition** * Access to certifications and training courses from leading brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. * Excellent work environment with tangible medium- and long-term career development opportunities. * Operational autonomy to manage your time and achieve a genuine professional–personal balance. **Our Offer** * **Salary**: MXN 18,000–20,000 per month (net, direct employment contract); statutory benefits included. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday morning shift when required. * **Work Locations**: Campeche City, Xpujil, Escárcega (company vehicle provided). **What We’re Looking For** * **2–3 years of experience**: Installation Coordinator, Telecommunications Field Supervisor, Field Engineer, Site Surveyor, Structured Cabling Technician, Fiber Optic Installer, or Crew Leader. * 3 years’ experience managing field crews (of more than 3 people) for antenna installation, maintenance, administration, and/or technical support/troubleshooting involving Access Points, LAN controllers, routers, switches, codecs, APs, etc. * 2–3 years’ experience installing and cabling Wi-Fi networks using Ruckus, Cisco, or Brocade equipment; certification or training in Working at Heights (DC3\). * 2–3 years’ experience administering and monitoring client-facing projects, including reporting progress, incidents, KPIs, costs, etc., to management. * 3 years’ experience executing Bills of Materials (BoM) for project requirement estimation and quotation. * 3 years’ experience managing and controlling materials, inventories, equipment allocation, inspection of work tools (ladders, scaffolds, positioning harnesses, first-aid kits, fire extinguishers), basic and specialized PPE, and verifying material assignments prior to installation. * Certification or training (DC3\) in Working at Heights and operation of Genie articulating-arm or scissor-type mobile platforms.
