




A company dedicated to the construction of single-family homes, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency in each of its developments, is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join its team at the **Pomoca Bicentenario** subdivision, located in **Cárdenas, Tabasco**. **Position Objective** To supervise, safeguard, and control the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment located in the warehouse, ensuring traceability and timely availability of resources for projects, as well as compliance with internal processes and company policies. **Job Profile** * **Academic Level:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related field * **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position * **Languages:** Spanish **Required Knowledge** * Inventory control and custody * Just-in-time philosophy * Product administration and storage * Assignment and distribution of materials and tools to projects * Project management and critical path * Intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word **Main Functions** * Verify that the warehouse perimeter is in perfect condition before opening and closing the facilities. * Supervise that the supply of materials, equipment, and tools is carried out on time to avoid halting construction processes. * Supervise the proper receipt of materials, equipment, and tools delivered by the purchasing department. * Supervise material releases by reviewing work, after-sales, and machinery vouchers in advance. * Manage custody records of tools and small equipment requested by different departments. * Coordinate transportation logistics for sending materials to construction sites. * Follow up on urgent requests and report incidents or special requests to the warehouse manager. * Review warehouse keepers' logs and ensure correct receipt signatures by subcontractors. * Maintain effective communication with the procurement department to prevent inventory duplication. * Conduct monthly inventories together with the General Accounting department. * Supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Maintain and safeguard warehouse inventory control. * Safeguard stored materials, equipment, and tools. * Notify the procurement department when stock exists to avoid unnecessary purchases. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse. **Working Conditions** * Full-time schedule. * Availability to handle emergency situations related to the warehouse.
